Interesting, but most likely wrong. Doesn't mention Dominant White, which is a KIT mutation that seems to happen quite frequently. Once the white ones stopped being culled or hidden their numbers are relatively high.

Definitely not correct sadly. That article is based on these horses being just like SB1s (sabino1), and they are actually very, very different. They do not need two parents to carry the gene. Actually they truly don't even need one. It's also believed they are not viable when homozygous, which they are implying the horse must be in order to be white. I'm guessing this article was written before the dominant white information came out.
