Woodbine Belle Mahone stakes

I know a few folks here have more than a passing familiarity with Woodbine, and I'm hoping someone here can help me out. :wink:

I'm working on sprucing up the stakes DB, and have been tinkering with the Belle Mahone stakes. I've been unable to track down the any winners for the years 1998-2001, or any evidence that it was run last year. It's not on the Woodbine stakes schedule for this year, either. Anyone know the story? Was it discontinued, or run under a different name?

I do have the track's current media guide, but it only lists the '04 running. :roll:

The American Racing manual no longer lists it, either.

I'd be grateful for any clues!
