I just back from the sale and was given the yearling filly (Dixieland Diamond) as a joke :lol:

She is actually quite pretty and has fairly decent conformation.What do you expect for a free horse.

Good luck with her, I think. She is just a yearling.. hopefully you have somewhere to keep her. So you get to name her? How about Diamonds Are Free?

Thanks Madelyn,

I do have a great place to keep her. Another friend bought a filly and its his first one in a long time so he wants a buddy for his filly so I am getting a great deal on board.I actually got to watch her full sister work this AM at the track. Her name is Jewel In The Ruff and she ran second for MDN 15,000 in her first start 10 days ago.

I like the name selection!
