I don't know anything about his Argentine race record, but he came to the US at age 5 (1947), ran 7 times, and placed in the Queens County Handicap.
He sired at least a couple of Stakes winners:
BLACK RASCAL, br.c. 1950 (out of May's Agent x Special Agent)
-- won Governor Goodwin J Knight H.
LUZ DE SOL, b.f. 1964 (out of Satin Betsy x Satin Coat)
-- won Mission Bay H.
I do not know where he stood for stud duty.

Looks like it was in California, since his some of his offspring placed in races like the Santa Barbara H, Washington's Birthday H (at Santa Anita), and a stakes at Juarez. Sires of American SWs 1926- says he had 15 crops and 73 foals, or an average of fewer than 5 a year.
There is no such thing as too much Teddy.
