there is a tb stallion on equinesite.com for sale - he has a tatoo - it is -33100 - the horse is a dark bay/brown with white on all four and a blaze - the owner can't make out the letter - I posted i t under 'information seekers'

If it starts with a "3", the horse is foreign born (ie: not US). My stallion, from Argentina, and one of my mares, from France, both have registration numbers and lip tags starting with the number 3.
