Thanks in advance. Her name is Kelly Blue by Kipper Kelly-Nickle Blues (Plugged Nickle).
Kelly Blue is the second of three fillies produced by Nickle Blues:
1996 Bluestoreggae (In the Slammer)

1997 Kelly Blue (Kipper Kelly)

1998 One Two Ponche (Ponche)
39-6-2-4, $35,108, SSI: 0.33
Kelly Blue won only over sprint distances (no record of her being tried at over a mile); the other two won over both sprints and routes. None of the three won in the mud or over turf. The 2004 APR does not have any offspring listed for Kelly Blue. Hope this helps; I don't know how to do the cut-and-paste thing some of the others do.
