is there any proney website from mares(generally), or a website-list with wich mare got covered by who.

To find mares' progeny, if you are looking at American Thoroughbred mares, the only complete, accurate record I know of is to purchase an APR CD. It is usually released sometime early in the year.

Regarding matings, those are somewhat secret and there is not really an easy way I know of to find out who was mated to whom subsequent to the APR records.
