My mare is out of Glenreeba by standard bearer and I found loads of info on this site about her father but can I not search her or her mothers pedigree here?

Also I would really love to know if she has raced or bred? Can anyone help please?

. I got a response from madylne on the other post and it turns out she is registered differently and thats why I couldnt find her, she is IRE. and her mother.

Spain also, very kindly entered her on this website for me.

It doesnt look as though she has raced at all and no foals were registered on the weatherbys site - I know she has had one before this one now but he obviously is not registered so I wouldnt imagine she was born to be a brood mare - and if she was bred for racing - Im looking in the wrg places! I suppose she may have been bred for sale, she was the last of seven or eight (cant quite remember) out of glenreeba so.... maybe Ill never know what Mr Foster was thinking whe he bred her! but am very glad he did

clafairy,
This mare has the kind of pedigree the warmblood people really like. Perhaps a career as a warmblood broodmare. If she looks and moves well, with this pedigree, I see no reason she couldn't be certified by several warmblood registries. Mary Syers

Hi mary,
Unfortunatley, I think she is a bit 'past it' now - She is 17yo and this foal will be my first - Id like to do it again but I think Ill wait and see if I still say that in 9/10 months time! Also, she has very very regular seasons until you try and breed from her, and then she tries her hardest to mess the timing up for all involved im sure! Myself and the last owner found this and she had to have PG inj both times -

Maybe if I get a filly out of her... :D Although it will be NFxTb (maybe a sports horse...?)
