Anyone at Philadelphia Park or know this horse??

Does anyone know the horse Puggy's Last Love? From what I have found it appears that he is a 4 yo colt running at Philadelphia Park out of John Servis' barn (I think). I was looking at pedigrees a while back and this guy caught my eye. Has anyone here seen him in person? I am curious as to what he looks like and someone's impression of him.

Well, I found out that he won a $12,500 claiming off the turf today (race 7) at Philly. Anyone happen to see him?
