Info on Tupies Parlay?

Hi,
Does anyone have access to any information on Tupies Parlay, a 1999 Jockey Club Registered gelding? I know he raced but don't know how long or what he did.

First race Feb. 18, 2002

last race May 7, 2005

Wins as follows:

April 4, 2002 at Oaklawn Park, Arkansas

Oct. 6, 2002 at Louisiana Downs

April 29, 2003 at Prairie Meadows

he performed very poorly in 2004 and in 2005

Jeez,
44 races with only 3 times in the money!!!
Any ideas as to why he'd be run so long ( sounds like til 5?) with only 3 times in the money?
Was he owned/trained by the same person for much of the time?

He's now 6 and retrained as a hunter, I'm looking at him for my daughter but would like to know as much as possible to determine soundness issues, etc.
