Looking for who this stallion is

Postby emmad » Mon Feb 13, 2006 12:17 pm

A post by a studmaster on a forum board in NZ states that

We will shotly be announcing a new stallion - by Nureyev out of a Green Desert 1/2 sister to Danehill

Wanted to see if I could find out who it is but could not find a green desert 1/2 sister to Danehill in the database.

Any ideas??

Couldn't find a mare that matched that mating and none of Danehill's sisters are listed as having seen Nureyev

Will be interesting to see who the stallion actually is.
Just did a look on all Nureyev progeny in the database and none are out of a green desert mare.

Hmmm will have to wait and see then.

Isn't that an impossible equation??

For anybody who shared the dam of Danehill, and who was by Green Desert, would have to be a three-quarter sibling to Danehill, right ??

And besides, when they begin with "we will shotly...", then you know you're about to read misinformation.
