They told the person who runs our syndicate that she would sell for 100K at least easily if all goes well for the sale next November. We didn't really have a say in it as we are only smaller partners, but Three Chimneys told us that she would bring 100K easily if all goes well.

Hell would be cooler IF it snowed there too. I could tell you that your mare would sell for $200K IF the November sale goes well next year too. I think I would want a say in this if it was my mare. Three Chimneys doesn't have much to lose since they get the first $30K.

IF ONLY!!!!
The one who is certainly laughing is three chimneys, and with all the luck in the world the partnership, but I would not make a bet for it.
Thanks by the way for the excellent remarkings from all the members, learned something more

Try to play the deal, up side down, what is worth to them getting the mare into foal from war chant. Bet they go down quite a bit from 30K

Not sure if you noticed but War Chant did not breed as many mares this past breeding season AND his stud fee went down. That should tell you something too.

The drop in stud fee by 50% would send up a red flag to me regarding the decline in his marketablity..so glad I read this inquiry as I was interested in the possibilities of foal sharing
