With the loss of our stallion I am unfortunately shopping for daddy-o. Unlike most folks here we breed for sport first/racing is secondary for marketability. Still.....like to know what I am getting there too!

I am going to look at this guy

For sporthorse-dom the topside is great. Buckpasser and Damascus are very desireable and we have another Coxs Ridge mare for polo that is a super athlete in every way and a sweetie to boot. I am A OK on the top. On the bottom I like that Theatrical is a turf horse (which tends to lend itself well to sporthorses as well). The dam's dam.......Native D and Princequillo are back there a ways and in about every pedigree that far back....so nothing special.
The other thing I like is that both are hard knocking horses that retired sound at near 70 starts each.
Thoughts on the racing end for the foal?
Lyracist stands for 1500 w/ discounts to PA mares.
