Pedigree Query

Ok, I certainly do not need another mare, but this one is so tempting.

She's an older mare than I usually get, 12, and by Buckfinder. She apparently has had several foals, but they were not registered with the Jockey Club. I know, I know... 3 strikes there.

So you see, she is a 1/2 sister to a decent Canadian horse from a nice black type family. By Buckfinder, with his nice distaff side (and 1/2 to Ruffian)

Thoughts?

I guess it would depend on what your plans were- breeding to sell or race.
I'm a sucker for Buckfinder ,too, though. If I were looking to breed to race, and had a place to keep her, I think I would take a shot.
