Looking for opinions on Tequesta (Stud Prospect)

Just curious to see if anyone has opinions on how this stallion might do in a regional market, or comments on his pedigree in general... He's available for adoption for $700... I know a lot of people on this board think very highly of his dam (Bodacious Tatas (what a name!)) Apparently he was well on his way in his career when he pulled a suspensory.
