First, I'm not an expert so take this with a grain of salt.
One of my questions would be why did Nosey Nan not race, since that is the mare that you are inbreeding to (Inbreeding hopes to 'set' the traits of the inbred animal). Even though it is the Rough Shod TFL, you are not inbreeding on them, but to the unraced mare Nosey Nan. Since she is on the TFL of both sire and dam, I would think that she could have the strongest influence on the match.
Another thing that I look at is the coefficient at the bottom of the linebreeding report. For this mating it is 6%.
I've been looking at a mating between Bop2 and Rubikisses.
http://www.pedigreequery.com/index.php?hypo_sire=bop2&hypo_dam=rubikisses&g=9&g2=5&query_type=linebreeding&search_bar=linebreeding&what=done&inbred=Standard&x2=n&username=&password=&x=0&y=0
That is only 5% and seems very very close. When I consider that mating. That breeding would be in hopes of a breeding animal (so talent with a limited number of starts would be acceptable) and I figured that I have a 75% chance of getting a reject (mental or physical) due to the close inbreeding. So would expect to need to try more than once if I really wanted the 'good' hoped for in the pairing.
My interest in the pairing comes from the Fappiano / Wild Risk combination (I could do without the Northern Dancer, but its not a deal breaker). The inbreeding reports on Wild Risk show this is a strong inbreeding target, especially through Blushing Groom and Le Fabuleux. Fappiano hasn't been done much, but I like that horse and Le Fabuleux was a strong match in Unbridled among others. So there are reasons that I considered such a close mating. But so far, I am still waiting to see Bob's foals run.
