Louisiana Farms

I have some mares and foals in Iowa that I am considering sending elsewhere due to the current instability of the Iowa-bred program. I like the Louisiana breeders program but do not have any contacts in Louisiana. Does anyone have any recommendations for reasonably priced farms in Louisiana? Right now I think I am going to send my Spend a Buck mare (in foal to Roar of the Tiger) to Jack Hebert's All Star Thoroughbreds. I would also be sending her Indian Ocean weanling along. Has anyone had any experience with this farm and if so could you describe your experiences? Do you know of any other farms in Louisiana that are economically feasible for a small-time broodmare/weanling operation that would need to board year-round (unless shipped elsewhere to be bred)?
