She's A Hawk

My friend is looking at this mare as a potential broodmare... Would love to hear thoughts on the strengths and weaknesses in her pedigree.

K~2, the dam sire being Silver Hawk is intriguing, but her unbalanced linebreeding is puzzling. Still, her female family has produced some moderate talent and a G1 winner in Hail A Cab, her dam's half sibling. I would think she's worth a try if the price is right and the physical and mental attributes are there, but I would definitely hire a pedigree consultant for some advice on a good match for her that would play on the strong points of her pedigree and balance out some of the excessive linebreeding to one sex or another.

Is even inbreeding through too many females considered bad by the sex balancing pundits?

Anyway, to me the real weakness in this mare is the sire All Gone (Why anyone bred a Half to a GIW by Silver Hawk to a low quality stallion like that is beyond me).

But still, in spite of the sire's deservedly rotten GRASP Score of 33.08; the rest of the pedigree is strong enough that the GSV score is a nice 64.78.

I find the inbreeding to Amerigo in the dam quite interesting as he is a very strong ancestor.

BTW, Zialand is right about getting a good pedigree consultant.
