sire for star of siam

i'm starting to think about a sire for my filly for next year. shes called star of siam (elnadimxthoroughly). had a couple of thoughts FRAAM & LEND A HAND. would welcome your thoughts on these sires and other suggestions. cheers

Hi

Lend A Hand is now at stud in Italy.

Fraam's a OK sire, and his two best progeny, Lady Lahar (Mujadil) and Majestic Desert (Night Shift), are both out of Northern Dancer line mares, as is your mare.

However I feel £4,000 stud fee is a bit steep for a stallion who is entering into his 10th year at stud, and has only sired 2 stakes winners. But he does gat winners.
Be carefull when looking at his sales sats, as his highest priced yearling, was only really expensive as she was half sister to Flasy Wings (it wasn't really because of her sire).

i agree about sons of nureyev after all caldy dancer a stakes placed daughter of soviet star is from the family of thorough - star of siam's grandam.

i thought of pearl of love as a sire, he's gone to stud this year. he looked a good inside out nick. thatch x special, mr prospector cross and cross of glamour (thru poker and intruiging) all sex balanced.

what do u think..........?
