Halo BMSireline Mating- Angel in America

Postby Gallop58 » Wed Feb 15, 2006 10:50 am

I have a Jolie's Halo mare (Angel in America) and I would like to know if there is any "negative nicking" info out there about the Halo Sireline as BMS? I usually don't want to look too far past the stallion, but in this case Jolie's Halo was shipped off to Japan a bit early, so I am looking to see if there are specific sire lines I should make sure to avoid. Finding sirelines that are good "nicks" is easy (if you put much stock in them), but I prefer to ignore info on good nicks and assume bad nick info is a legitimate minefield to avoid. (better use of statistics in my opinion)

Any thoughts?

In case anyone is so inclined, breeding suggestions to Ontario Sires would be welcome. (She has a Gold Case (unraced), Tactial Advantage (ran once, won first time out but placed 2nd, and then died), a Bold N Flashy 3YO who didn't start at 2, an Ascot Knight that died and now a Tethra filly 2 weeks old.)

www.canadianthoroughbred.com (has most of the better Canadian Sires)
