a domicile report needs to be in by I think 10-1 but Im not 100% sure on that

OK, I guess it was more than a rumor.

From today's Baltimore Sun:

``Some Maryland breeders are even considering moving north.

``Tom Bowman, a veterinarian who is part-owner of Northview Stallion Station in Cecil County, said business was off about 20 percent this year. He and his business partner are looking for land in Pennsylvania and plan to move part of their operation - one of the largest in the region.''

I feel sorry for all of them, every single farm in MD. The state govt. needs it's head examined.

A friend of mine is in banking/lending and a very large farm moved 200+ mares into PA last weekend. They were also looking for more land close to the new casino/track in Grantville.

Seperately, I just looked at the pa bred website, and it reads to me like I have alot of time to complete the PA Bred Registration Application, it just needs to be signed by the the Breeder and Farm owner. Does that sound right?
