A few more whom I have not seen mentioned and I agree heartily with many already mentioned:
Dixieland Band (at $50k---is he going down for '09?)
Gulch
Cryptoclearance
Cherokee Run
Theatrical
These I like with the idea of breeding/foaling in a state program to pick up both breeders and owners incentives in addition to the purse money (PA for instance):
Alphabet Soup
Montbrook
Marquetry(under $10k)
Pioneering(under $10k)
Skip Away (#s look much better than I expected)
Louis Quatorze (under $10k)
I like Include as one to keep watch on for future consideration.

What I find fascinating in reading everyone's take on this is that there really is something for everyone....or rather everyone's mare. Certainly these stallions span the spectrum on bloodlines, size, bone, correctness and what they tend to throw. Definitely gives you many opportunities to improve upon your mare for very reasonable amounts of money.
Would guess with the economy that some of these older stallions' fees might have negotiating room. And wouldn't you just love a filly for your broodmare band out of these??!!
