I understood that you are looking for stallions whose dam is a graded winner and whose sire is out of a mare who is a graded winner. To clarify my earlier comment which it seems was misunderstood, I said "a lot", not "all", of the AP Indy, Storm Cat, and Mr. P sons would fit your criteria. It was offered as a suggestion of sire lines to investigate.

Pure Prize ALMOST belongs to the top elete group of rare horses whose dam and sire's dam are both G-1 stakes winners. Terlingua almost pulled it off, but not quite.
All sons of Storm Cat aren't possibly out of stakes winning mares, leave along G-1 stakes winners. FORESTRY, for example, is out of an unraced mare, VICTORIA BEAUTY.
Full siblings PURE PRIZE, GOOD REWARD, and ELECTRICITY5 are out an amazing mare. Notice that GOOD REWARD ran on Turf. This is also an interesting case, in which their granddam, OH WHAT A DANCE, was an unraced daughter of the superb BLITEY * which was not only a G-2 stakes winner herself, but produced top G-1 stakes winners.
Not quite sure, but I believe Yankee Gentleman's dam was not a stakes winner.
