Decided to go with Inner Harbour - we have three foals by proven stallions so will take a shot with him. We know the owners and saw him race. It is an absolute fact that if they had a different trainer with him he would have done even better. Still has a nice record and great ped - LOVE the facilities at O'Sullivan Farm in WV and will take a shot on the WV program. We have the three PA breds so can take advantage of the slots and breeder awards there. Thanks for the dialog.
