Nearly all of the stallions that shuttle stand for much less in the southern hemisphere than they do here. I have no idea whether City State's price is negotiable or not--but I wouldn't base my belief on that factor.

He arrived here later than expected and therefore missed the "prime time" veiwing season. My cousin took a mare to him and likes him very much.

Carson City sires are gaining interest. I've learned to swallow my pride and ask for a discount. Its not fun, but I have several thousand extra dollars in my pocket because of it. :lol:
