Where are stallion shares typically advertised, auctioned, sold?
Thanks.

IMO Starquine.com has the most "name" stallions, but it's a little late in the season. There may not be many listed now, but from the begining of the year until April or so, they usually have a LOT.
I did see a no guarantee season to Kittens Joy for $12,500 (half his asking price) for sale a few days ago on another site. If you're interested, I can look it up

Colonel,
Thanks for the offer, but not necessary. I may be using the wrong term here, but want to know where a person could look into the possibility of owning a share or part interest with a stallion syndicate.
Not looking for PMs with offers, but was hoping there might be some internet sources to start looking.

if you are looking to buy a share, i would start with a bloodstock agent and go from there. go to www.bcbloodstock.com and click stallion shares and seasons. it will lists all available shares. Call the office and talk to them about buying up a share in a stallion listed. they have most of the big name stallions.
Here's another bloodstock agency you might xcheckt with. They sell stallion seasons and shares and they're great people, very knowledgable and easy to work with.
