Evansville Slew to OK

Looks like Evansville Slew is going from KY to Oklahoma at Diamond G.

Quite a coup for Oklahoma breeders! He is a very nice stallion, especially for the money.

That's great news! He'll always have a place in our hearts here in OK, as he was one of the early winners of the Remington Park Futurity, which was a big deal in the early days. In those days so many colts and fillies were nominated that they had to do qualifying heats just like for quarter horse futurities. And Slew City Slew is a well-recognized breed-to-race sire, so hopefully his son will continue the line.
Also, I checked a hypo-mating for him with my mare Reigning Glory5, and it's got crosses of Sea Bird and Ambiorix, somewhat unusual ancestors; as well as 5 x 5 Raise a Native thru Mr. Prospector and Majestic Light.
