FYI - You have less than 48 hours to register on-line and get your bid in for breedings being auctioned by Texas Thoroughbred Association. The current listings are all scheduled to close tomorrow. Just go to this site and click on the "Auction" pop-up, then follow the directions.

There are some decent stallions listed here for an initial bid discounted over their advertized fee. Every year bidders get away with some real bargains. While most of the offered stallions are based in Texas there are stallions standing in other states including AZ and FL. I don't know if there will be a 'second flight' of breedings offered at auction after these close or not (as has been done on occaision in the past. Some breedings are Non-Guarantee so you should check with the Stallion's connections to make sure you understand the requirements before making your bid.
