Sunday Break

Postby Bill from WA » Wed Oct 18, 2006 10:33 am

I see that Sunday Break is no longer listed on the Gainesway stallion roster. Does anyone know where he will be standing in 2007?

TIA,

Bill

I just got off the phone with the head of their sales dept. He says the situation is up in the air and should be "resolved" mid-to-late next week. He's still there at the moment.

Not a big surprise that something might be in the works.

Sunday Break's majority owner is Dennis Narlinger, the same man who owns Officer. So, when Officer was moved, I wondered what would happen with SB. However, I think Gainesway owns a part of SB, which is probably what is being "worked out".

In fairness, SB did have a good home at Gainesway. It is an incredibly beautiful complex and the stallion staff is quite good.

He's moving to Walmac and will stand for $7500.
