Rest In Peace Anytime

Postby fort_falcon » Sat Oct 28, 2006 11:26 am

It was to my great sadness that I was told of the death of Anytime, what a fantastic horse he was. Last year i was fortunate enough to spend some time on the stud farm where he was standing at the time, and I have to say what a wonderful temperament he had, something that has been passed on to all his progeny, along with his size and talent.
I am fortunate enough to have about 7 horses in the yard where I work that are by Anytime and they are all big boned, laid back, Talented horses that are such a pleasure to train because they just try so hard and never give up, and dont get stressed out by anything.

Rest In Peace Anytime,

He was at a place called Clifton Stud in Mpumalanga, South Africa. But he was moved at the beginning of this season (July/August i think) to a place in the Natal Midlands, but I'm not sure where exactly. He was found dead in his box 2/3 hours after he covered a mare.
"But i don't want to go among mad people." Said Alice.
"Oh, you can't help that," said the cat. "We're all mad here."
