Some of you may know that I track stallions in a private system and I wanted to pass along my information about another stallion who is very well priced at 2,500. Wagon Limit looks like a very nice stallion at a very attractive price---he stands at Stone Farm.
Does anyone have any first hand information about this stallion or any of his offspring? Conformation flaws? Types of mares he should cover? etc.

best regards Brendan
I noticed recently that he was outperforming his support. Stone Farm is not one I visit regularly in KY, because so few stallions stand there. When I checked out Menifee several years ago, Wagon Limit was shown just as an afterthought. I found him to be smallish, and don't remember any specific conformation flaws. Menifee was so big and crooked, WL looked like a little underdeveloped kid. It would be nice if the Alydar stallion line could be revived. Perhaps the progeny of Wagon Limit will allow him to get more quality mares.

Wagon Limit
Seems like when I was scanning the starters for the Sunshine Millions Stakes last weekend there were three or four starters from Wagon Limit. I was shocked to see so many from such an inexpensive stud. Pretty impressive.
Edit: When I went back I found only two, Silver Wagon and Rehoboth. Memo also had multiple starters (sorry for the error)
