I was wondering what opinions are about Najran. How do you think his babies (age 2 this year) will run/sell? Did anyone see him race? Thanks for any and all thoughts...

Najran is fast. Tied Dr. Fager's record for NA mile with a time of 132.20
in the Westchester Hcp at Belmont.

The much "maligned" Saarland was second to Najran in that race and ran a mile in 133.2...not bad for a "plodder"

Thanks SO much for the information! It sounds like, not only was he fast, he could run on any surface, as well! I'm SO anxious to see how the first
babies will perform, as I have a mare in-foal to him, so these coming runners are going to make or break me! I did go to Hopewell to see him, and he is beautiful. He is so compact, well put together, that when you first see him, you can't believe that he is 16.1...thanks again for the input!
