Opinions needed on Coax Me Chad.....

Postby Regal13 » Sun Feb 18, 2007 2:13 pm

He's getting up there (Ok, way up there) in age, but does offer a LFG. Stud fee only $750

He came in second in the 1984 Kentucky Derby to Swale, and also won the Cradle Stakes

From his website:
74% of his foals Run, 69% win. His foals have earnings of $3,210,599 - 69% winners from starters and 14% Stakes horses.

You see his name in a lot of hard knocking tough racehorses here in Texas and La. - mostly as Dam's sire and I for one love the top side of his pedigree. Can't say I'm as familiar with this dam's tail female line.

Jellac, I'm glad that someone echoed my thoughts on this boy. I love his top side and on the bottom, First Landing (out of broodmare of the year "50 Hildene) was about as durable as they come. Too bad, this guy probably won't be around too much longer. But, what a deal at $750- I went back for a double check when I saw that one!!
