Riding my stallion

Postby tammysinnett » Sat Mar 24, 2007 6:03 pm

Ok so today my brave little 100# niece decided she was ready for the big dog.....the first try it looked like a rodeo....I do not know who sacrred who but we could of paid the feed bill with a video. The second try I helped her and I held my boy talking to him...he quivered everywhere but when she was up he walked with pride and a little jingle to his step....nothing prettier than a deep colored horse and a little girl on his back ....they were the sight don'tknow which one I was more proud of. He looked pleased at the end of the walk like he was something special and she has called everyone to tell them.....shhh brought a tear of pride to my eyes. I love my boy!

You ought to talk to Madelyn. She not only rides her stallion, Rocking Trick, but has been teaching him dressage. Think she said he was up to second level the last time I checked with her.

It's always great to hear about special moments with horses!
