Private Terms was a pretty good sire in terms of numbers of runners and winners. He fell short as far as stakes and particularly graded stakes winners. His progeny had about 83% runners and about 70% of those won. His foals were generally not early bloomers but stayed sound for a long time. If you're looking for a mid to late maturing foal that likes two turns and will stay sound, he's fine.
We have a Private Terms yearling that hopefully will run well and then retire to the breeding shed for us.

I have Private Terms mare, Authorization, who throws consistant runners that tend to be sound. All of her progeny raced well as 2yo's and had long careers. I like her a great deal.

I am sure this is heresy to racefans, but we love our eventer by Private Terms out of a Horatius dam. Not an amateur ride but very scopy! If you have any with a case of the slows, please send them my way!
