Belong to Me's Knees

I had somebody state to me recently regarding Belong to Me that conformationally he was "fair to poor in each knee."

Since I am certain that Pete would have some insight on this, I am hopeful that he replies. Does anyone else have an opinion or some insight regarding this comment?
