Prove Out by Graustark - help?

Postby tbrace » Wed Jun 06, 2007 10:18 am

Does anyone know how tall Prove Out was?

Anyone have a photo of him, or know where we could find one?

Thanks a lot,

tbrace

I have an old stallion register that lists him at 16.1 hh.

No photos here, I'm afraid....but unless you're set on a conformation shot, I'd try and search up the photo of him beating Secretariat in the Woodward. It'll probably be the easiest one to find. :)

I used to work at Hobeau Farm in the early 80's. I remember him being at least 16.1, maybe a smidge taller. By that time he was not very sound(he had foundered while at Gainesway in KY), and was on limited turn-out.
