RIP Rainbow Quest

Did anyone see that Rainbow Quest has died?
He was euthanized due to complications from colic surgery on July 7.

Also, Blood Horse said Robellino also passed away.

Huge loss. Was hoping he would just get pensioned and go on to live a healthy few more years. He's my favorite stallion in all of the world.

NO! This is such a tragedy: not only was he a great horse, but he was a great stallion. R.I.P.

Definately, along with Green Desert, he has given more to british breeding than any stallion in the last ten years. He's also been a great broodmare sire (which makes me happy as I own a grand daughter)

Did anyone see his Coronation Cup win, monstrous performance!

What a loss, such a great racehorse and sire. One of the greatest ever and a big favorite of mine.

He was one of my favorites as well.
It is a very big loss.
