Who has crossed well?

I have heavily searched information on my stallion's sire Clever Trick for the past few days since his arrival to FL this morning. Though CT did not even hit the top sire lists the past few years, he has seemed to hold his own in the broodmare sire lists after his passing in 2004. It didn't dawn on me he was the dam sire of Sun King, who I have heard good things and has been a topic of conversation on this board.
It got me thinking, there are too many offspring for me to really analyize the way I would like to, but it seems CT is better in the dam line than the sire line. So what blood on top has shown progress? CT has almost done nothing as a sire of sires except make blissfully awesome sport horses like my Dantrick. Granted there is Phone Trick (we know who he sired
), Storm Trick and a few others that are not coming to mind. But what has he really done?
