What's the word on Pioneering? We have one of our mares already signed up for a date with him. I really like this guy. Seems he isn't really appreciated.

Thanks for the quick response......fingers crossed we get a good one. We visited Pioneering few weeks ago liked what we saw. He is a handsome one at 15 yrs young lol. I wish he were more commercial though.

Pioneering seems to be a very good breed to race stallion. I have liked all of his offspring that I have seen.

Danthebluegrassman is a stallion by Pioneering and the man at Old Friends says he is a really nice horse not a nut. He probably has other nice sons also. Most nuts were made that way by people. Pioneering's runners average 19 starts and his half brother Storm Cat's only 11. He has average earnings of $62K with 8% stakes winners. His 79% runners to foals says most are sound enough to race and he has 74% winners to runners. A good deal at $5K.
