Looks like the old Ascot Knight has been retired by Windfields.

The old boy still looked great last time I saw him. Hopefully he has a long and enjoyable retirement.

Wow that is surprising. I just saw him in the summer and he looked fantastic. Simon said his sperm count was excellent. Maybe they decided he had had a good run. He produced some very classy animals. :(

A shame - I had great success breeding my mare with him.

Ascot Knight has been euthanized. I saw him in December and he looked fantasic, but he had gone downhill quickly recently.

I'd heard he hasn't been doing well lately :( Very sad.

RIP Ascot - you've left a legacy :(
