MTOBA Stallion Season Auction

The Michigan Thoroughbred Owners & Breeders Assn. is supposedly having a stallion season auction. On its website (http://www.mtoba.com/ssa.htm) it says: "The 2008 Stallion Season Auction will be held on January 29th & 30th, 2008. This will be a phone auction. Auction instructions will be posted here when available."

The stallion seasons on offer are listed but not a word about how the auction will be conducted. Has anyone seen any further instructions?

a lot of really nice seasons on that page too! hope they get instructions up soon.
