Halo's Stride's owner Five Diamond Inc of Greenville NC, is offering incentives to mare owners who plan to race in NY, proven producers and multiple mare discounts. And an unique incentive, Five Diamond Inc is offering to pay up to 20% of the boarding cost for mares booked prior to March 1, 2008.

A multiple winner on both dirt and turf and
runner-up in the Grade 2 Turfway Spiral
Stakes as a 3-year-old, he earned $233,209 and
proved to be another two-turn standout grandson
of international sire of sires Halo. Broke
his maiden by six lengths in his second start as
a 2-year-old, won his 3-year-old debut by daylight
on a wet main track, and scored back-toback
allowance victories on the Gulfstream
Park turf – the second time off more than a 13-
month layoff. Beat at least eight graded stakes
winners or multiple stakes winners, including
a future Grade 1 winner in Mongoose, the
future Grade 2 winners Fan Club’s Mister and
Keats, and graded winners Meetyouathebrig
and Buckle Down Ben. Halo Stride is a son of
Strodes Creek, a stakes winner and sire of a
champion. Strodes Creek along with Sunday
Silence was among the Halo stallions exported
to Pacific Rim countries during the 1990s. One
of two six-figure-earning grandsons of Halo
produced from his dam, who is a half-sister to
a stakes winner and from the immediate family
of Eclipse champion Pleasant Tap
($2,721,169) and New York-conceived Kentucky
Derby winner Go for Gin ($1,380,866). An outcross
to Mr. Prospector and Raise a Native,
Halo’s Stride enters stud in 2008.
