Good Shepherd?

Can anyone give me an opinion about a stallion named Good Shepherd as a racing sire?
Thanks!

Assuming this is the 1997 edition by Sword Dance (Ire), this horse won one of seven starts in modest company and doesn't have a pedigree to get anyone excited either -- not by a sire of sires and female family boasts just one stakes-placed horse among the produce of the first four dams. I just don't see him making it as a racing sire even in a regional market.
