How has he done as a broodmare sire?

Ah, Regal Intention.... I owned a stallion from this same female family. They always seem to pale compared to Sam-Son's other foundation family out of No Class. But those Loudrangles can be decent sires.

Regal Intention's dam, Tiffany Tam, had a 1/2 brother by Nodouble named No Louder. Check out his numbers... he did very well in comparison to his books, moved up his mares, and then had a couple of outstanding runners in India and was exported.

Their 1/2 sister Tilt My Halo produced the remarkable sire, Tilt the Stars, who from 19 foals had 19 starters, 16 winners, including 5 stakes horses.

I would love to have a Regal Intention in my broodmare band! Just don't see a lot them this way, especially now that he is older and in British Columbia.

I love this guy's offspring. The one's I have been around are very honest, hard trying horses. Good minds, which make them nice horses to be around at the track and off track. Big, good bone, sound.
They seem to appreciate 1 1/16 miles, and aren't what I would call quick.

I would say breed a Regal Intention mare to somebody who can add some speed.

Cree, funny when you said that about his offsprings dispositions I felt a click somewhere between my ears

Jean, do you have a RI mare?

(I have a bias for Regal Remark mares ... can't wait to see Pat O' Gold run in hastings this year)
