Alberta Stallions

Alberta had a proposed plan for a rebate on stallion fees cancelled. Did the stallion owners of the stallions involved Gilded Time and Cape Canaveral lower their fees or continue to offer the rebate out of their own pockets? Was an intersting marketing tool and am wondering how it would work in other juristrictions. A lot of marketing plans used this year to attract mares in all states.
