I have heard that, on average, they are on the small side. We have a yearling filly at the farm and she is quite lovely - correct, tall and robust.

I've had two or three negative reports for every one positive report on how the AA babies look.

Although, as one quite sharp horsemen told me, "But I bet a few of them can run."
