Whew, Toccet finally has first winner . . .

The aptly-named Disaster Averted won by a half length, leading at all points of call. She's 4X4 to Blushing Groom.

I have heard not the best things about his babies, have not really liked what I have seen either, and haven't liked the mares he's been bred to--only our CLH did a great job with that out of what I've seen!

Anyway I'm relieved.

I like one called All the Rage who is placed in 2 starts, she's very agile too, and Judy Free Bird, who at this point seems to be a disaster.

The other All the Rage was a broodmare at Pin Oak that died in 2002.

That is good to hear! My friend has a foal coming back from KY any day now. All the Toccet's I have seen have been BIG!! Big bodies, big bone. Is that the norm?

He was a quality 2 year old with a lot of toughness. I've always wondered what kind of mares he got in his first couple of seasons. I would think he would be a perfect fit with Unbridled Song or Storm Cat mares. Hope he does well.
