I'm curious.

From his progeny page, it looks as if he shuttled between the US and So. America.

Was he as good here as he was in Chile and Argentina? What's his attraction?

I know he's dead, but he should still have some young ones in the pipeline.

Not nearly as good here as in South America, where he was absolutely first-rate. He returned permanently to South America in 2000, so he wouldn't have any more North American foals in the pipeline. If I'm remembering right, his last South American crop would have been foaled in 2005 and would be early three-year-olds now.

He had a lot going for him and never really broke through, stateside like Mahubah said.

In my opinion, he also under performed as a broodmare sire as well. If you have one, the South Americans will buy her up. They bought mine off of me for more than she was worth.

They love him.
