Cumby Texas

That nightmare farm in NY that was starving horses had advertised standing Cumby Texas for 2009. I wonder if he was involved in the siezure? I know he was sold to NY but don't know if he made it to the NY equine Dachau. I had enquired about the horse but he had been sold to someone in NY. :(
